The plant reaches a height of 25–36 cm and forms a dense, neat clump. Leaves are dark green, serrated, and possess a spicy aroma when crushed. Inflorescences have the shaggy shape characteristic of Monarda and are colored light amethyst-purple; darker spots may be present on the inner petals.
The variety is early-flowering, with blooming beginning in early summer, which is ahead of most cultivars of the species Monarda didyma. The foliage has high resistance to powdery mildew. The plant prefers sunny areas with moderately moist, fertile soils and attracts pollinators, while being resistant to damage by deer and rabbits.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
