Variety description
10 August 2026
The plant has a vertical habit with a slight arch at the top and can reach 4 meters in height and 3 meters in width. The leaves are distinguished by the presence of crimson stripes on a green background, as well as the retention of a red tint on the underside and midrib for a long period. The leaf blades are thicker and stronger, which increases wind resistance.
The variety is intended for decorative landscaping of gardens, patios, and terraces, as well as container cultivation. The fruits are not edible. The plant is characterized by good cold hardiness for a banana, withstanding temperatures down to -10°C, but requires protection against spider mites and aphids.
