The variety belongs to division 5 of the international classification (Triandrus). On a single flower stem 25 to 40 cm tall, there are usually 2 to 6 nodding flowers. The perianth segments are slightly reflexed, colored creamy-white or ivory. The cup-shaped corona is creamy-yellow upon opening, later acquiring an apricot-pink or salmon tone.

The plant has a delicate fragrance and is intended for decorative borders, rock gardens, and container cultivation; it is also suitable for forcing and cutting. The variety is early-flowering, characterized by sufficient disease resistance and the ability to spread over many years in one place.
