The variety belongs to the group of large-cupped daffodils (Division 2) with code 2 W-Y/W. The plant has grey-green foliage up to 50 cm long and a flower stalk from 32.5 to 67.5 cm high. The variety is distinguished by a sweet fragrance.

The corona of the flower is smooth, greenish-yellow, with a deep serrated edge. Flowering occurs in April. The variety is winter hardy down to -23°C (USDA zone 6a) and is suitable for forcing, use in borders, group plantings and containers.
