The variety is a decorative plant forming a large rosette up to 40 cm in height. The leaves are characterized by variegation and pronounced pigmentation of the central part during the flowering period.

The plant is intended for indoor floriculture and keeping in terrariums. Flowering occurs once, after which the mother rosette dies off, giving rise to daughter shoots. Like other representatives of the species, the variety is sensitive to water stagnation inside the rosette.
