Variety description

The plant forms a well-developed dense rosette of broad, stiff, arcuate-curved leaves. A mature specimen reaches 20–32 cm in height and a diameter of 50 cm or more.
The dark green leaves have a distinct creamy white margin. Under sufficient lighting, the center of the rosette turns dark red or pink-purple, retaining its color for 3–5 months.
The variety is hardy, resistant to heat, humidity, and certain diseases. It propagates easily vegetatively, producing a large number of daughter rosettes, and is used as a houseplant or an element of landscape design in warm climates.
