The Seisuave variety was created at the Tobacco Institute in Bergerac. The plant belongs to the subgenus Petunioïdes and the section Suaveolentes; its key morphological feature is the presence of numerous small fragrant white flowers.

This variety has an exclusively decorative purpose and is not an agricultural crop for raw material production. Agronomic indicators, such as plant height, disease resistance, or maturity dates, have not been defined for it.
