The variety belongs to the Lungo A type and is not a typical risotto rice. The grain has a semi-narrow shape, a length of about 6.5 mm, a width of 3.1 mm, and is characterized by a semi-vitreous structure, transparency, and white color of the pericarp. The variety has no aroma.

The variety is sensitive to soil salinity and has been used in scientific research as an object for assessing cold tolerance during germination. It is also used in breeding work as a parental line for developing new rice varieties.
