The variety is classified as non-aromatic. Laboratory analyses of volatile organic compounds have established that the level of the primary aromatic component, 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline, in the grains of this variety is extremely low and practically undetectable, amounting to less than 2 µg/kg.

In scientific literature, the variety is used as a reference for comparing the physicochemical properties of grain, including hardness indices and cooking behavior. A systematized description of agronomic traits, such as maturity group, plant height, or disease resistance, is absent from available sources.
