The roots of the variety have cream-colored skin and dense white flesh. The length reaches 25–35 cm with a crown width of 6–8 cm. The leaf canopy is moderately developed.
The growing season lasts from 160 to 210 days. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, which allows the roots to remain in the soil until late autumn. The plant is considered less demanding regarding growing conditions than carrots or parsley.
The parsnip has a pleasant spicy taste and is suitable for fresh consumption, drying, pureeing, and long-term storage. Deeply cultivated soils are required to obtain a high-quality harvest.
