The variety belongs to the group of Pelargonium grandiflorum and P. cucullatum hybrids. The plant has a restrained, densely branching habit, reaching a height of 30–45 cm and a width of 25–40 cm. The bush maintains a compact shape without splaying under the weight of the inflorescences.

Flowering occurs during the warm season from May to August. The large ruffled flowers have a deep red color with a dark contrasting pattern on the upper petals. The variety is a decorative pot plant for containers and hanging baskets; it is not intended for overwintering in open field conditions in cold climates.
