The Fiswipink variety belongs to the Temprano variety group. The flowers have a pink shade, varying from red-pink to purple-red. The leaves have a lobed shape characteristic of the species.

The plant is intended for vertical landscaping, container growing, and hanging baskets. In some registers, the variety may be mistakenly classified as zonal pelargonium, however, in horticultural contexts, it is classified as ivy-leaved pelargonium.
