The variety is intended for cultivation in hanging baskets and balcony boxes, where it forms characteristic floral cascades. It is an improved version within the Cascade breeding series.

Morphologically, the plant possesses trailing or cascading stems. The leaf blades have a shape similar to ivy leaves.
