The plant reaches a height of 30–40 cm and forms a compact upright bush. The flowers have a coral shade, and flowering continues from mid-spring to summer. In temperate climates, it is grown as an annual crop.
The variety is thermophilic and is intended for use in pots and hanging baskets, as well as for creating flower beds and borders. When growing the "Americana" series, an important aspect is compliance with sanitary standards during propagation by cuttings to prevent bacterial infections.
