The variety Fidelity L Scarlet Orange (Zonascarora) was obtained in 2001 as a result of controlled pollination. The seedling was selected in April 2002 and is propagated vegetatively by cuttings.
The flowers of the variety are semi-double, medium-sized. The petal color is red, with a small white eye at the base; pale red stripes are present on the upper petals. The peduncles are of medium or long length, densely pubescent, without anthocyanin coloration. The sepals are green with red stripes.
The plant is intended for ornamental gardening. During testing, the variety was evaluated for resistance to Botrytis cinerea, as well as tolerance to high temperatures and drought conditions.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
