The variety belongs to the curly parsley group and reaches technical maturity in 70–75 days. An adult plant grows up to 30–40 cm in height and forms a compact rosette of strongly curled leaves on strong, thick petioles.

The foliage has a mild aroma and piquant taste. Due to high dry matter density, the variety is suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and industrial processing. The plant is characterized by winter hardiness and the ability to grow back quickly after cutting.

The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field, greenhouses, and container culture. Leaves retain their color and marketability after cutting and are often used as a decorative element for dish presentation.
