The variety belongs to root parsley and is used for both root production and leaf harvesting. In scientific literature, it is considered a classic representative of the species, whose yield and chemical composition indicators, including sugar and vitamin content, vary depending on cultivation conditions and agronomic practices.
This variety was used in breeding work, particularly in Bulgaria in the 1970s, for hybridization with celery in order to improve the aromatic and flavor qualities of the final product.
