The plant is characterized by an upright position and strong, healthy leaves. Usually, two strong flower stalks develop on a single specimen, each producing a large number of flowers.

The flowers are of the 'big lip' type with an enlarged lip. The petals and sepals have a dark purple-red color with light purple edges. The lip is colored in similar shades and complemented by red-purple veining.

The variety possesses good flower longevity after sale and is intended for commercial use as an ornamental potted plant.
