The Amigo variety (also known by the code designation E8206) is a bush bean with large dark green leaves and a semi-erect plant habit. The variety is characterized as mid-season.

The fruits of this variety are dark green flat pods, reaching 20 cm in length and 1.9 cm in width. The plant exhibits resistance to bean common mosaic virus and the New York 15 strain. The variety is intended for fresh consumption.
