The plant is of the climbing type, being a vigorous vine 2 to 2.5 meters tall that requires support. The growing period from sowing to harvest is 70–75 days.

The pods are characterized by a curved shape, yellow color, and a length of about 10–11 cm. They are distinguished by a fleshy texture and lack a parchment layer and coarse fibers. Seeds are medium-sized and can be black or variegated.

The variety is intended for whole consumption in the young stage. The plant is thermophilic, sensitive to frost, and requires fertile and permeable soils.
