The Anellino verde variety is a climbing vegetable bean, reaching a height of 180–200 cm and requiring the installation of supports. The pods have a distinctly curved shape, resembling a half-ring, and are characterized by a fleshy, rounded structure. A key feature of the variety is the complete absence of a coarse parchment layer, which ensures the tender texture of the beans.

The plant belongs to mid-early or late-maturing varieties, which allows for an extended harvest period. The seeds are medium-sized and straw-yellow or olive in color. The variety is intended for fresh market use, with the pods remaining tender even when harvested at a mature stage.
