The variety is a bush form of common bean. In official documentation, it is also found under the synonym Viviana.

During variety trials, Dunia demonstrated a yield higher than that of control hybrids. The stems of the plants are characterized by high resistance to lodging, with the proportion of broken plants ranging from 0.4 to 1.3%.

The recommended planting density is from 65,000 to 75,000 plants per hectare. Dry matter content in the grain during the trials was lower than the average values of the control samples.
