The variety forms an upright habit, resistant to lodging. The pods are green-yellow in color, and the grain is pure white. The produce is characterized by uniformity and good shape retention after cooking; the variety is used for preparing cassoulet.

The plant possesses genetic resistance to Bean common mosaic virus (BCMV) and anthracnose caused by the fungus Colletotrichum lindemuthianum.
