Linex is a bush bean variety with straight, thin pods 15–16 cm long, each containing 5–6 grains. The seeds are white with characteristic veining. The ripening period to the semi-dry grain stage is approximately 95 days, and to full dry maturity is approximately 105 days.

The plant possesses high resistance to anthracnose and common bean mosaic virus. The variety exhibits adaptability to water stress conditions and is used in professional vegetable growing and the processing industry, as well as an object for scientific research in the fields of genetics and nitrogen fixation.
