The plant is a bush form and is a mid-season or mid-late variety with a maturation period of 90 to 105 days. Seeds are white in color and cylindrical in shape. The variety is characterized by hardiness, however, it is sensitive to low temperatures at the early stages of development.

The main feature of the seeds is a very thin skin, which is almost imperceptible after cooking and allows the beans to be cooked without preliminary soaking. The product has a "fondant" texture without mealiness and a delicate taste with nutty or chestnut notes. The name is often used as a common term for a group of white beans with a specific grain shape.
