The variety is a climbing pole bean reaching 3 meters in height, characterized as a plant with medium foliage density. The pods are approximately 18–20 cm long, straight, and contain no fibers or parchment layer.
The seeds are kidney-shaped, grey with brown streaks; descriptions of seeds with black coloration also exist. The variety matures in 62 to 65 days from emergence.
The bean is versatile in use: it is suitable for fresh consumption, various types of culinary processing, including boiling, stewing, and frying, as well as for canning and freezing.
