The variety is represented by types with different growth habits: climbing plants requiring support and bush forms 50–60 cm tall. Maturity ranges from 55–60 to 80 days.

The fruits are flat, wide, fleshy pods of yellow or yellow-green color. They contain black oval seeds inside. The plant is productive, prefers warm conditions, and does not tolerate frost.

The variety belongs to the asparagus (string bean) type: the entire young stringless pods are consumed. Used in cooking for preparing stews, salads, and side dishes.
