The bush bean variety (Buschbohnen), historically known as «Declivis Romulus», belongs to the breeding of the 1960s. In modern agronomy, it retains its importance as an example variety for conducting tests for distinctness, uniformity, and stability.

The seeds of the variety are characterized by a round cross-section, and the surface of the pods has a medium-rough texture. Historically, the variety was intended for use in the canning industry, however, at the present time, its application is limited to scientific purposes and breeding work.
