Variety description
10 August 2026
The plant habit is spreading, with an annual growth of 30–40 cm. The leaves are 3–5-lobed, acquiring an intense violet-red color when grown in the sun, which turns green in dense shade. In June-July, the shrub blooms with pale pink flowers gathered in corymbose inflorescences.
In early autumn, decorative violet-red follicle fruits ripen. The variety has high winter hardiness and is resistant to diseases, pests, and urban conditions. It prefers sunny areas and well-drained loams or sandy loams, and tolerates stagnant moisture poorly.
