The variety is early-maturing, the period from germination to harvest takes from 50 to 59 days. Plant height varies from 50–60 cm up to 1 meter. Pods are small, 6–7 cm long, containing 5–7 peas each.
Seeds have a smooth surface and are distinguished by their starchiness, being less sweet compared to modern wrinkled-seeded varieties. The variety has universal use: suitable for fresh consumption, canning, freezing, and use as dry peas.
