The variety is a tall-growing plant with a stem length of 150 to 180 cm and violet flowers. It demonstrates rapid spring growth, which allows for early harvest for forage. When cultivating, the use of supporting cereal crops is recommended due to the significant stem length.
The variety possesses excellent frost resistance and high green and dry matter yield. Thousand kernel weight is 100–130 g. The plant is characterized by resistance to Ascochyta blight, as well as moderate resistance to a complex of root and viral diseases.
