The variety belongs to the 'afila' type, in which leaflets are modified into tendrils, which contributes to better plant cohesion and lodging resistance. Three pods are formed on each peduncle, each containing 7–8 peas with standard sweetness. The plant height is about 50 cm.
The variety is mid-early and intended for threshing for industrial purposes. It possesses resistance to Fusarium wilt (races 1 and 2), as well as moderate resistance to powdery mildew and pea enation mosaic virus.
