The variety was developed by the company Swalöf in Sweden and was used in the 1950s in scientific experiments to study the biology of flowering and fruit formation in peas.
In comparative trials from 1946–1960, the variety was evaluated as a forage crop with a yield level of 1.3 t/ha. Specific modern morphological characteristics or data on the variety's resistance are absent from open publications.
