The Cameron variety, also known by the code CS-499F, belongs to the second early vegetable pea category. The plant has a normal leaf type and forms mainly triple pods, each containing 8 small, well-colored peas.
The variety is intended for canning and freezing purposes. It is capable of maintaining yield and product quality under drought conditions and also shows resistance to a complex of root and leaf diseases.
