The Mir variety is a winter forage crop with a vegetation cycle of about 225 days. In terms of flowering time, the variety occupies an intermediate position among other experimental pea lines. In scientific literature, it most often appears as a standard sample from the collection of the Institute of Forage Crops in Pleven.
The plant possesses high plasticity and stability of characteristics. Distinctive features of the variety are a large number of leaves and a developed capacity for nodule formation on the roots. The variety is intended for grain and green mass production and is actively used in breeding work.
