The variety is intended for processing, retaining high organoleptic properties and color after sterilization and six months of refrigerated storage. It is widely used in field experiments to evaluate insecticides for the control of pea aphid, seed beetle, and codling moth in organic and conventional farming systems.
During the studies, the variety was classified as highly sensitive to salt stress. At the same time, it showed resistance to the effects of Sorghum halepense weed extracts. Information on maturity group, plant height, and lodging resistance is not available in open publications.
