The variety has an aphyllous leaf type ("tendrilled" or leafless). It belongs to the group of grain legume (protein) varieties intended for field cultivation and dry grain production.

In comparative field trials, the variety demonstrated high yield, exceeding a number of other samples in this indicator. The plant is distinguished by resistance to pea common mosaic virus (BYMV) and was also studied for its reaction to powdery mildew.
