The plant belongs to the aphyllous type with a stem height of about 50 cm, which ensures good aeration of the planting. Flowering begins at the 11–12th node. To reach technical maturity, the variety requires an accumulated temperature of about 1290 HU; ripening occurs approximately 4 days after varieties of the Avola group.
The seeds of the variety have a dark green color and a wrinkled surface; the average size of the peas corresponds to caliber 3.5. The variety possesses resistance to Fusarium wilt race 1 and intermediate resistance to downy mildew.
