S. A. FLORIMOND DESPREZ VEUVE ET FILS
10 August 2026
The variety is early-maturing; the harvest can be collected 60 days after sowing. The plant reaches a height of 150 to 200 cm and requires mandatory support, for which using a net is recommended. The variety lacks an internal parchment layer in the pods.
The pods are long and wide. Flat pods, in which the peas have not yet started to actively develop, possess the best taste qualities; however, the produce is suitable for consumption even at later stages of filling. The variety is distinguished by a prolonged fruiting period, which with regular harvesting lasts for 5–6 weeks.
