Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant forms a rosette of elongated-lanceolate deeply veined leaves. The inflorescences have a characteristic spicate shape; the buds have a greenish tint, and upon full opening, the flowers become pure white. The life cycle involves the dieback of the above-ground part in autumn and regrowth in spring.

The variety prefers partial shade and consistently moist, humus-rich, well-drained soils. The plant is winter-hardy but is considered a relatively short-lived perennial. Suitable for border design, terrace cultivation, and as a marginal plant near water bodies.
