The variety is mid-season and comparable in ripening time to the Bhart (ORANGERED®) variety. Trees are characterized by self-fertility, abundant flowering, and good yield with uniform fruit distribution.
The fruits have an oblong shape and an attractive bright red color covering almost the entire surface. The flesh is thin, with a high content of aromatic compounds. The variety has very good keeping quality when stored in cold storage chambers and shows resistance to Plum Pox Virus.
The variety is intended for commercial fruit growing as a dessert crop and can be used as a pollinator for other apricot varieties.
