The variety was bred at the Botanical Garden of the University of Latvia. The fruits of the variety are distinguished by their large size, attractive appearance, and the ability of the stone to easily separate from the flesh.
The plant possesses adaptation to the climatic conditions of the region, which is ensured by late flowering and a state of deep dormancy. The variety exhibits tolerance to Monilinia and leaf spot.
