The Znojemská variety belongs to the species Prunus armeniaca L. In some publications, this variety is indicated as a synonym for the Ananasová or Ananasová velká varieties.
The fruits of this variety are characterized by a light yellow color and large size. The flesh of the fruits is moderately juicy, the pit separates easily from the flesh, and the taste of the fruits is accompanied by a delicate aroma.
The variety is considered traditional for the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
