The variety was bred by hybridizing Toka plum and Krasnoye znamya cherry plum. The tree is of medium vigor, reaching 3–4.5 meters, and forms a compact, dense crown that is oval or broadly pyramidal in shape. The thickened, arched shoots are red-brown in color.
The leaves are medium-sized, obovate, and are characterized by a reddish tint at the beginning of the growing season, which changes to green by the end of the summer. The flowers are pale pink. The variety does not produce root suckers and tolerates pruning well.
The plant possesses high resistance to nematodes, bacterial canker, root rot, and heavy soils. The root system is winter-hardy down to -12°C. The variety shows good compatibility with plum, peach, and apricot; the fruits are considered small and unsuitable for consumption.
