The root crop has a cylindrical shape, reaches a length of about 25 cm, and is distinguished by a bright white color. A feature of the variety is the absence of a "green head" coloration even when the root crop is overgrown. The plant has entire leaves.

The taste of the fruits is characterized by the pungency typical of radish. The variety is intended for professional summer production cycles. At the same time, oilseed radish, used as a green manure, also appears under a similar name in some registers.
