The root is elongated in shape with red skin. The flesh is white and characterized by a mild taste. The plant forms a leaf rosette 30–40 cm high and 20–30 cm wide.

The variety is suitable for open field sowing from March to August and harvesting from May to October. It is characterized by resistance to flesh coarsening, cavitation, and fibrousness. Intended primarily for preparing salads, sauces, and fresh consumption.
