The variety is classified as late-maturing with a ripening period of 90–110 days. The roots are white in color, their shape varies from conical to ovoid, and they reach a length of 20–25 cm. The root flesh is firm and pure white, and the leaf rosette is dense with a dark green hue.

The taste of the roots is moderately pungent, with the degree of pungency depending on weather conditions. The variety is resistant to pithiness and is suitable for storage. It is traditionally used fresh, in salads, or for pickling, and is a popular variety for summer and autumn cultivation.
