The variety is mid-season or mid-late with a period from emergence to technical maturity of 55–60 to 80–100 days. The root crop has an elongated-conical or elliptical shape, white skin, and white firm juicy flesh with a sweet-spicy taste. The root weight is 200–450 g, and the plant height reaches 0.3–0.5 m.

The plant is characterized by cold hardiness, resistance to bolting and diseases, as well as a low tendency to form hollows inside the root. The variety is characterized by good keeping quality, maintaining freshness for 3–4 months.

A traditional Bavarian variety, historically used as a snack with beer. Consumed primarily in fresh form, sliced.
