The variety is late-maturing, with a development period of 110–115 days. The roots have a round shape, medium size, and are distinguished by firm white flesh and black skin.

The taste is described as spicy, although the pungency disappears during thermal processing. The variety has good keeping quality when stored in cool conditions and moderate resistance to bolting.

Recommended for sowing in July–August and harvesting in autumn. It is used in cooking for preparing salads, dips, soups, and stews.
