The root crop has a spindle shape, maintaining its diameter for two-thirds of its length, after which it tapers sharply. Under optimal conditions, it reaches 18–20 cm in length and about 7.5 cm in diameter. The skin is white, slightly wrinkled, with a possible purple tinge when exposed to sunlight.
The flesh is white, dense, and pungent in taste, but milder than that of the «Черная испанская» variety. The variety tolerates storage well; however, due to its rapid vegetation period, it is suitable for cultivation in the summer and autumn seasons. Best results are achieved when planted in light sandy soils.
